ForceTriad energy platform is designed to provide the energy supply oczęstotliwości (RF) with the surgical procedures using equipment of bipolar and monopolar and tissue-fusion. The user interface consists of three touch screens. The device can automatically detect handsets and configure the generator. Safety-related functions include automatic diagnosis and protection in case of a failure (fail-safe) .Platforma ForceTriad energy, patient return electrodes, and active Covidien tools are designed to work as a single system.
ForceTriad energy platform is equipped with a user-friendly interface with three touchscreens, allowing to control system functions. Active screen or touch screens are highlighted and the screens available - dimmed.
POWER MODES
For security reasons (to prevent unexpected power delivery spikes) ForceTriad energy platform does not allow simultaneous activation of multiple instruments.
Monopolar Modes
Depending on the mode, the ForceTriad energy platform may be the source of five different types of energy.
- Modes of cut (cutting)
cutting mode Pure (pure) enables the clean, precise cut in any tissue with little or complete hemostasis brakiem.Tryb the cutting Blend (combined) is a conventional blended waveform that provides slower cutting and additional hemostasis.
Mode Valleylab
Mode Valleylab is a unique combination of hemostasis and cutting. The user can release the cut to get more hemostasis and speed to get faster cutting. The spread of heat is the same or better than the Cut mode (cutting) or the Blend (combined).
Coag Modes (coagulation)
Fulgurate mode (annealing) coagulates tissue by sparking from the active electrode to the tissue in front of the air.
Spray mode (atomizing) provides more surface annealing - tissue penetration is shallower and is performed over an area larger than the mode Fulgurate.
Bipolar Modes
Three modes are available Bipolar: Low (Low), Standard (Standard) and Macrobipolar (makrobipolarny).
- Mode Low (Low) provides precise and accurate control of the degree of drying.
- Standard Mode (standard) is a conventional power at low voltage.
- Macro mode (Macrobipolar) (makrobipolarny) may be used for bipolar cutting or rapid coagulation. Power remains constant for many types of tissue.
Autobipolar function
enables the detection of impedance of the tissue between the two electrodes of bipolar devices, and based on the impedance information to automatically start or stop the supply of RF energy. The user can also choose to start using a foot switch or automatic start, or program a delay between auto start and RF activation
LigaSure
Mode LigaSure tissue can be used on arteries, veins and lymphatic vessels to a diameter of 7 mm or less, and tissue bundles. The system provides precise pressure and energy to the electrode vessels for a defined period of time to achieve a complete and permanent fusion of the vessel lumen. The system has been designed to minimize sticking, charring and thermal spread to adjacent tissue.
